Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to the Teamy website, waitlist, and product experience operated by Orbyte Labs Limited. They are written to reflect Teamy's current product shape: organizations create AI agents, connect tools, upload context, review outputs, and stay in control of higher-risk actions through human oversight.
1. Scope
Teamy is a software product that helps organizations deploy and manage AI agents, coordinate tasks, store context, upload files, connect third-party services, and review work produced across ongoing workflows.
These terms apply to the Teamy marketing site, waitlist, hosted application, and related communications unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You may use Teamy only if you can form a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, using authorized team members only, and ensuring your organization's workspace, connected tools, and files are managed by people with appropriate authority.
3. Organization responsibilities
Your organization is responsible for the prompts, instructions, files, knowledge entries, tasks, approvals, and integrations configured in its workspace.
You are also responsible for making sure you have the rights to upload content to Teamy and to let Teamy access any connected third-party service on your behalf.
4. AI agents and output
Teamy uses AI models and automation to generate plans, messages, research, recommendations, and actions. Output may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for your use case.
You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and confirming that any decision, communication, or downstream action is appropriate. Teamy's approval flows and escalation features are support tools, not guarantees that every risky action will be blocked or every issue will be caught.
5. Connected services
Teamy can connect to third-party tools such as email, calendar, billing, source control, analytics, and other business systems. When you connect an external service, you authorize Teamy to use the permissions granted through that service's integration flow.
Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or behavior of third-party providers.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Teamy to:
- break the law or violate another party's rights;
- store or transmit malicious code, spam, fraud, or harmful content;
- attempt to bypass product guardrails, security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions;
- use Teamy in a way that could create material safety, legal, employment, compliance, or financial risk without appropriate human review.
7. Fees and commercial terms
Some parts of Teamy may be free, invite-only, usage-limited, or subject to paid plans, credits, or add-ons. If pricing or billing applies to your account, those commercial terms will be presented to you in-product, on an order form, or in a separate agreement.
We may suspend features or access for unpaid amounts, abuse, or excessive usage that threatens platform stability.
8. Intellectual property
Teamy and its software, design, branding, and documentation remain the property of Orbyte Labs Limited and its licensors.
You retain rights in the content you submit to Teamy, subject to the limited rights we need to host, process, secure, improve, and operate the service for your organization.
9. Beta status, availability, and changes
Teamy is an evolving product. Features may change, be added, removed, limited, or interrupted at any time, especially during early access and beta phases.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this site and update the effective date.
10. Disclaimers and limits
Teamy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every workflow or regulated use case.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbyte Labs Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of Teamy.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these terms, creates security or legal risk, harms other users, or threatens the stability of the service.
You may stop using Teamy at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and payment obligations that have already accrued.

This is a first public draft, not a final legal document.
Teamy is still evolving. These terms and privacy practices will be updated as the product, integrations, and commercial terms mature. If you continue using the service after an update, the revised version will apply from its stated effective date.
