This policy applies to the Teamy website, waitlist, hosted application, and related support or sales communications unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

It is a first public draft and will be refined as Teamy's product, infrastructure, subprocessors, and commercial terms continue to evolve.

Depending on how you use Teamy, we may collect:

• identity and account data such as name, email address, profile image, login identifiers, and organization membership data;
• waitlist and contact information you submit through the website;
• workspace content such as prompts, messages, plans, tasks, comments, agent instructions, knowledge entries, and other content entered into Teamy;
• files and extracted text from supported uploads;
• integration data and connection metadata needed to link third-party services to your workspace, including OAuth tokens or other secrets stored on your organization's behalf;
• usage, diagnostics, and product telemetry such as model usage, request counts, timestamps, browser metadata, and analytics events.

We use information to:

• provide, secure, and maintain Teamy;
• create and manage user accounts, organizations, and permissions;
• run AI-assisted conversations, agent workflows, approvals, tasks, and connected-tool actions requested by your organization;
• process uploads, store context, and help agents retrieve relevant workspace knowledge;
• monitor performance, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, debug issues, and improve reliability;
• communicate with you about access, support, updates, and product changes.

Teamy may send prompts, workspace context, and other user content to AI model providers and infrastructure vendors when needed to generate outputs or operate the service.

We also use third-party providers for authentication, hosting, analytics, storage, and billing-related operations. Those providers process data on our behalf according to their own service terms and data handling commitments.

If you connect services such as email, calendar, billing, source control, or analytics tools, Teamy will process the data and permissions necessary to perform the integration-enabled features you request.

You control whether to connect those services and which permissions you grant. You should review each provider's own privacy practices because their systems are outside our control.

We may share information:

• with service providers and subprocessors that help run Teamy;
• within your organization's workspace according to the roles, agents, and permissions configured in the product;
• when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security;
• as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or other corporate transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data, whether an account or organization remains active, and whether the information is needed for audit, billing, abuse prevention, or recovery purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect Teamy data. No method of transmission, storage, or processing is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for securing your own devices, credentials, connected accounts, and internal approval processes.

Teamy and its service providers may process data in multiple countries. By using the service, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may have different data protection rules than your own.

You can choose what content to upload, which integrations to connect, and whether to join the waitlist or contact us through the website.

Teamy is built for businesses and is not intended for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through Teamy, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top of the page.
